What we collect and why
We collect the contact details, order selections and service information needed to arrange and fulfil your order. Delivery and private events require an address; pickup does not. We use your email and phone for payment, confirmation and fulfilment messages. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Payment and service providers
Stripe processes your payment on its checkout page. We retain payment references and accounting records, not your full card number. Hosting, transactional messaging and scheduling providers process the information needed for their part of the service. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own safeguards and applicable law.
Cookies and marketing
Essential settings support the cart and your preferences. Optional analytics is off unless you consent. Marketing requires a separate choice; accepting order terms does not subscribe you. See our cookie policy to change your preferences.
Retention and access
We keep accounting records for the required legal period and other personal information only as long as needed for its purpose. You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw optional consent or request deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations.
Questions and complaints
Email us to raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity using information appropriate to your request. Never email a password or card number.
