THE SWEET SPOT

Ingredients Wheat flour, dark chocolate, butter, brown sugar, milk chocolate, sugar, eggs, water, egg yolk, cornstarch, sea salt, vanilla, flaky sea salt, baking soda, baking powder, pistachios, orange, icing sugar, skim milk powder, egg white, orange zest, milk, turbinado sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, cocoa, espresso, oats, apple, cream, strawberries, dried strawberries, lemon zest.

Eat within 3 days. Keep the box closed at room temperature; after the first day put Apple Crumble Caramel and Strawberry Shortcake Cloud in the fridge. For a just-baked cookie: 5 minutes on a tray in a 300°F oven, rest 5 minutes.

Refrigerate as soon as it arrives. Serve straight from the fridge; cut with a knife dipped in hot water and wiped dry. Covered in the fridge, eat within 3 days of pickup.

Keep it in the fridge (40°F or below) and eat it within 3 days. To serve it warm: squares on a tray, loosely covered with foil, in a 325°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until warm through (165°F in the centre).

Lovely warm: 5 minutes on a tray in a 350°F oven. Eat the day you get it; leftovers go in the fridge, eat next day, warmed the same way.

Into the fridge as soon as it arrives. Take it out 10 minutes before slicing. Keep it cold and eat within 24 hours.
