How a request works

You send the form below. It asks for the email address you used with us, because that is how your records are found.
We email that address a link. Opening it and confirming shows the request is yours. Nothing is sent or removed until then.
We do what you asked and write to you, within 30 days. If we cannot do all of it, we say why and how to complain.

A paid order is an accounting record that the law requires us to keep for 6 years after the end of its tax year, so a deletion request cannot remove it. A report about an order that we are still handling stays until we have closed it, and the fingerprints kept with a promo code stay. Everything else that names you goes. The privacy policy sets out your rights in full.
