What each line means
- Online ordering
- You can review a cart and pay. Paused means we have stopped taking new orders for now; orders already placed are not affected.
- The menu
- The dishes and prices on the menu pages are loaded and on sale.
- Pickup and delivery times
- We can see our calendar, so the times you are offered are free. When we cannot see it, we stop offering new times instead of guessing.
- Order emails
- Receipts and confirmations are going out. If they are delayed, your order is still recorded and your email follows.
If something is not working
An order you have paid for is recorded with us, whatever this page says. Please do not place the same order twice. Email searandshred@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.
